FXIFY Trading Journal: Track Phase Rules and the Daily Loss Limit

Rules summarized as of November 2026. FXIFY's programs differ in important details and change over time; confirm the rules for your exact account on FXIFY's website. Clarity Tracking is not affiliated with FXIFY.

FXIFY is a broker-backed forex and CFD prop firm with several assessment types. There is no single FXIFY rule set, so the most useful thing a journal can do is track the limits of the program you actually bought.

FXIFY rules at a glance

ProgramProfit targetDaily loss limitMaximum loss
1-Phase10%3%6% trailing
2-Phase10%, then 5%4%10% (check whether your variant is static or trailing)
  • Daily loss basis: FXIFY sets the daily limit from the previous day's balance at 5 PM New York time and checks it against real-time equity, so open losses count.
  • Other programs: 3-Phase, Lightning and Instant accounts have their own rules.

What to track

  • Daily loss used, including floating losses, against the 3% or 4% limit
  • Distance to the maximum loss floor, and whether it trails
  • Progress toward each phase's target
  • Results by pair, session and setup
