Rules summarized from The5ers' published program rules as of November 2026. Confirm current rules on the5ers.com before trading. Clarity Tracking is not affiliated with The5ers.
The5ers runs several programs with different daily rules. On some, hitting the daily limit ends the account; on others it pauses trading for the day. Knowing which applies to you, and tracking it, is essential.
| Program | Daily rule | Maximum drawdown |
|---|---|---|
| High Stakes (2-step) | 5% maximum daily loss | 10% |
| Hyper Growth (1-step, 10% target) | 3% daily loss pauses trading | 6% stop-out |
The5ers' forex and CFD programs run on MT5 and cTrader, both of which Clarity Tracking syncs. The5ers also launched futures programs in 2026, running on platforms including Tradovate with an end-of-day drawdown.
On Hyper Growth, a 3% loss pauses trading rather than ending the account, but the 6% stop-out is only two bad days away. Treat any pause as a warning: write down what happened, and cut risk the next day. Your journal makes those patterns easy to see.
With a 6% maximum drawdown, risking 1% per trade means six straight losses ends the account. Many traders use 0.25% to 0.5% on Hyper Growth. Test your settings in the risk of ruin calculator and size each trade with the position size calculator.
Rules vary by program and change over time, so check the current program page on the5ers.com.
